By the way, in India recently it was acknowledged that condom sizes based on western standards were too big for the local male population and that it was a huge problem because the condoms were too large and could tear and slip and be innefective against STDs.

1) NOT truly random samplings...but often self-select the larger "members" who are not too embarassed to participate
2) NOT measured and averaged by several 2nd parties - but typically self-measured
3) Even conducted over the internet - with absolutely no ID or measurement verification at all
Not to mention, dietary, lifestyle & environmental differences that can affect height, build, hormone levels, dick size, etc are also not normalized between different races/cultures.
In any case, as a result, condoms may be getting oversized due to guys "stretching the truth" about their members. Thus, the same thing has happened in Germany, too.

One suggestion i suppose would be to do what African American's did, and that is to buy your own motion picture studios, and television studios so that you can have some control in Hollywood, as to how Asian's are depicted in the media.

Well, I'm going to start this off saying, yes, I'm white, and yes, I have a small penis.
That out of the way, I also have to state that by no means is this survey scientifically accurate. According to the the original poster herself, she chose people named as "hunks" in Western civilization. Not only is this a non-random or varied gorup to select on, but also a completely abitrary method as well, as such people are not judged by the size of their penises. So, by no means is this the cream of the crop. It's a random selection of a non random sample group.
THAT being said, I have done a bit of quick research, and the only study I readily found on Asian penis sizes was a comparison of various studies on Korean males. The lowest average size any of the studies found was 5.1 inches, and the highest average size was 6.1 inches. This matches fairly closely with the reliable studies I could find on the average caucasian penis- lowest was also 5.1, highest was 5.9.
So, from true scientific study, we see that NEITHER has an advantage on average. Perhaps next time you wish to make a point, you will not resort to sensationalist tactics, and instead try to intelligently argue your point?

I have a post-modernist attitude toward penis size. Absolute size matters not. Relative size matters. If a penis is too big, it can cause pain for a woman. There has been documented cases of such. Just to clear up some issues with the actual scientific evidence. The only study that did actually compare accross ethnic lines found no difference between Chinese men and caucasian men.
But this study only compared flaccid sizes. It is known that Asian men tend to be "growers" and not "showers." So their fully errect sizes could be larger.
Moreover, errect size tend to correlate positively and highly with testosterone levels but high testosterone levels correlate very weekly with flaccid sizes. And Asian men have much higher levels of both free and bound testosterone than white men.

The average penis size does not vary much between races, and this has been SCIENTIFICALLY proven. Most guys float around 5-6 inches, give or take a bit, regardless of race. ALL penis stereotypes are just that: statements about an entire group that do not apply to all members of that group. One can easily hand-pick pictures of any size and race of penis they wish; I could, for example, pull some Asian AV pictures and you'd very quickly see a huge group of Asian males with small penises. Look at most American porn and you'll quickly pull up some of the biggest white and black logs you've ever seen. Plenty of amateur pictures can be gathered from Craigslist as well, supporting either side of the aisle.
